We are a Pot-in-Pot Tree Farm located 18 miles west of Pueblo, Colorado, in the Beulah Valley. Our specialty is young deciduous trees that can withstand high altitudes, cold temperatures and drought. Trees purchased from Rancho San Carlos are acclimated to Colorado conditions enabling an increased growth rate and flourishing life of trees.

Rancho San Carlos is one of few Pot-in-Pot tree farms in Colorado. This system of planting and nurturing young trees allows us to provide you with trees whenever you're ready to plant, year-round.

Acclimated, Hearty Trees
Trees grown at higher elevations (like along Colorado's Front Range) can be planted at both high and low elevations with success, while trees from lower elevations may suffer increased stress when planted in high altitudes, decreasing the rate of survival. Rancho San Carlos trees have lived through numerous mountainous weather conditions including wind, snow and summer heat.
